The thermal imaging system Orion Five designed received HSA approval as a Class B medical device. It is listed on the Singapore Medical Device Register under device registration number DE0506483, with the proprietary name AETOS KoolScan.
Quality control and manufacturing of the unit were carried out under ISO 22716:2007. Redtec Industries, Mitsubishi Electric, and SP Manufacturing supported the build.
