Orion Five received the National Day Parade Silver Award for 2021. The award recognises individuals and participating organisations who work closely with the parade executive committee and hold a significant role in delivering it.
NDP 2021 was staged under pandemic restrictions, and the Minister for Defence's address at the appreciation ceremony framed it as a collective affirmation that the country would come through the period.
