Logistics and public sector
We replace manual asset tracking with automatic, contactless systems for logistics and public-sector clients
For a Government Agency, we built a radio-frequency identification (RFID) system that tracks assets and inventory through their full lifecycle, with a self-service kiosk for loans. Our public-sector record also includes the Singapore Police Force's first patrol robot trial, a past project.
The problems we solve
UNIT 01Our clients in this sector brought us these problems
- Manual paperwork and slow physical searches make it hard to find and track assets, especially in dense storage.
- Stock that comes in many sizes, such as clothing, must be matched to the right rack or shelf.
- Loans must be approved, tracked and flagged when an item is not returned on time.
- Security operations at large public events need continuous video from the ground to the command post.

Services that apply
UNIT 02Three of our four service lines apply to this sector
Systems integration
We integrate industrial control, operational technology (OT) and enterprise systems. We cover every stage, from the feasibility study to long-term maintenance and support.
Explore systems integrationAI workflow automation
We apply agentic AI, robotic process automation (RPA), computer vision and predictive maintenance where they remove manual work from your operations. We confirm that your data can support each use before we build it.
Explore AI workflow automationRobotics
We integrate AGIBOT robots, including the A3 Ultra humanoid, into Singapore sites. The work covers the assessment, the safety case, lift and door integration, and fleet support.

UNIT 03We have delivered 4 published projects in this sector
Government Agency
RFID asset and inventory management, with self-service kiosk
A radio-frequency identification (RFID) system for assets and inventory. It replaces manual paperwork and slow physical searches with automatic, contactless tracking. Each asset is tagged when it enters the system, at manufacture, distribution or receipt. From then on, RFID readers can identify many items at once, even in dense storage, and staff can track each asset through its full lifecycle.
Singapore Police Force
Patrol robot trial at Chingay 2018
The S5 autonomous robot supported police security operations at Chingay 2018, which expected a crowd of 100,000 on its opening day. This was the Singapore Police Force's first trial of a patrol robot. The robot followed a pre-mapped route and avoided obstacles. Six surround cameras sent continuous 360-degree video to the command post for threat assessment. The robot could also broadcast audio to help manage the crowd.
Singapore International Robo Expo
Premiere of the autonomous S5 surveillance robot
One of the world's first fully autonomous surveillance robots, demonstrated live at the first Singapore International Robo Expo. The robot patrolled on its own and avoided people moving around it. The demonstration was given to the Guest of Honour, Mr S Iswaran, then Minister of Trade and Industry (Industry), and to expo delegates.
Singapore Police Force
Robot demonstration at the 2018 Police Workplan Seminar
The S5 robot was demonstrated on stage at the Police Workplan Seminar 2018 to the Guest of Honour, Mr K Shanmugam, Minister for Home Affairs and Minister for Law. The demonstration ran alongside the Police's own showcase of smartphone technology. Television news crews reported on the robot's ability to carry out security guard patrols.

Systems integrationWhy your WMS and your ERP probably disagree
A warehouse management system (WMS) rarely closes the gap it was bought to close. The gap usually sits at the handoff into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, where someone still reconciles the two systems by hand. Most of the real cost of a warehouse project lies in that reconciliation step.
Sector notesCold chain spot checks miss the temperature excursions that happen between readings
A joint study by the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the International Institute of Refrigeration puts the loss from inadequate refrigeration at 526 million tonnes of food a year, 12 percent of the global total. A scheduled spot check measures only the moment someone looked, and that moment rarely coincides with an excursion.
RoboticsThe lesson of Amazon's millionth robot is the thirteen years it took
Amazon passed one million robots deployed across its fulfilment network in July 2025, a figure now roughly equal to its own headcount. For an operator planning automation, the more useful number is how long the fleet took to build.
