Manufacturing
We automate repetitive manufacturing work and build inspection systems that record every step
For Raymang Eggs, we built a robotic line that unboxes in one hour the stock that took 24 hours by hand. Our manufacturing work also covers machine-learning quality control and a registered medical device built for pandemic operations.
The problems we solve
UNIT 01Our clients in this sector brought us these problems
- Repetitive manual work is hard to staff, and Singapore strictly limits the hiring of foreign workers.
- Slow manual handling increases chilled storage needs and causes write-offs of stock with short expiry dates.
- Quality inspection must catch small defects on every unit and record every step so that it can be traced.
- A regulated device must be manufactured to the right standard and registered before it is deployed.

Services that apply
UNIT 02Three of our four service lines apply to this sector
Systems integration
We integrate industrial control, operational technology (OT) and enterprise systems. We cover every stage, from the feasibility study to long-term maintenance and support.
Explore systems integrationAI workflow automation
We apply agentic AI, robotic process automation (RPA), computer vision and predictive maintenance where they remove manual work from your operations. We confirm that your data can support each use before we build it.
Explore AI workflow automationRobotics
We integrate AGIBOT robots, including the A3 Ultra humanoid, into Singapore sites. The work covers the assessment, the safety case, lift and door integration, and fleet support.

Case studies
UNIT 03We have delivered 3 published projects in this sector
Raymang Eggs Pte Ltd
Robotic carton removal line for egg distribution
Weekly import shipments arrived as pallets of boxed eggs, which staff unboxed by hand. The work was repetitive, so local staff did not stay long, and Singapore strictly limits the hiring of foreign workers. Manual unboxing became a bottleneck. It increased the need for chilled storage and caused frequent write-offs, because the eggs have short expiry dates.
AETOS
Contactless high-speed temperature scanner
A fully customised scanner with an onboard microprocessor and AI controls. It is calibrated to plus or minus 0.2°C, takes a reading at 0.9 to 1.0 metres in under two seconds, and has a configurable alarm threshold. We built and deployed over 1,200 units to support pandemic operations. Each unit runs on a 20,000 mAh battery pack or on mains power.
Pharmaceutical packaging client
Machine-learning quality control for pill packs
A machine-learning vision system, trained on about 6,000 samples, that recognises pill sizes from 5mm to 12.7mm in two pack formats.

Systems integrationMeasure OEE before you approve the automation budget
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), split into its three components, shows which problem your automation budget would actually fix. If you install it as a dashboard after the equipment is already running, it gives you nothing you can act on.
Systems integrationWhy machine vision inspection pays back on some lines and stalls on others
The return depends mainly on whether the defect you want a camera to catch has a stable visual signature. The sophistication of the model matters far less.
RoboticsRobotics return on investment in SME factories: where it is real and where it is overstated
A collaborative robot (cobot) performs the four-thousandth repetition exactly like the first. That consistency is the whole case for buying one. The case fails once the task changes more often than the cycle repeats.
