Industrial and commercial cleaning

Autonomous cleaning robots use the lifts and return to their docks on their own

The scrubbers and sweepers run overnight and between busy periods. They empty and refill themselves, and they log every square metre they clean.

  • AGIBOT C5
  • AGIBOT C4
  • AGIBOT C2

Factories, supermarkets, transport hubs, hospitals and office towers need their floors cleaned more often than available labour allows. Autonomous scrubbers and sweepers work overnight and between peak hours. They empty and refill at a dock, and log every square metre they clean.

The problem

UNIT 01

This work is hard to staff and hard to automate

The performance figures come from AGIBOT's own deployments. We treat them as a starting assumption and test them on your site during the proof of concept.

  • Oil on industrial floors is a slip hazard, and floors get dirty again quickly after a manual clean.
  • Cleaning staff are hard to recruit, the workforce is ageing, and turnover is high.
  • Floor areas are large, and cleaning is limited to hours when customers or passengers are not present.
  • There is no way to check what was cleaned, when, or how well.
C5 coverage
Up to 1,980 m²/h; 5,000 to 8,000 m² a day
Debris pickup
95% (C4 and C5)
Payback
Around 8 months per unit (LY Manufacturing)
Maintenance
Daily upkeep cut by more than half (C5)

Performance as reported by AGIBOT.

How it runs

UNIT 02

A typical factory deployment combines C5 and C2 units

  1. C5 units scrub and dust-mop main aisles and equipment aisles continuously.
  2. A C2 handles offices and common areas, taking the lift between floors.
  3. Each unit returns to its dock to charge, refill and drain, then resumes.
  4. Coverage and exceptions are reported to a cloud dashboard for the facilities team.
The AGIBOT C-series range in a light grey studio: compact C2 cleaners, a C2P, and larger C4 and C5 scrubbers with their docking stations.

The robots

UNIT 03

We deploy 3 robots, each chosen for a specific task

Large-area scrubber

AGIBOT C5

The C5 suits factories, large supermarkets, transport hubs and hospitals. Its dual roller brushes sweep and scrub in one pass. High water volume and 25 kg of down-pressure remove oil and stubborn stains.

Efficiency
Up to 1,980 m²/h
Scrubbing width
550 mm
Water tank
90 L
Battery
24 V 80 Ah
Noise
Under 68 dB(A)
Fan life
10,000 hours

Specifications as published by AGIBOT.

  • A dual-chamber squeegee leaves less water behind, which reduces slips.
  • Laser and vision navigation adapts to changing layouts.
  • The wastewater tank cleans itself in a four-minute cycle, which halves daily maintenance.
  • Integrates with access control and lifts, and has an AGV (automated guided vehicle) scheduling interface.

Mid-size sweeper-scrubber

AGIBOT C4

The C4 sweeps at the front and scrubs at the rear. It passes through 60 cm gaps and turns within 80 cm. It suits supermarkets, warehouses, stations and exhibition halls.

Efficiency
Up to 1,400 m²/h
Width
600 mm with side brush; 540 mm squeegee
Tanks
25 L clean, 25 L dirty
Charging
1.5 hours
Noise
Under 65 dB(A)

Specifications as published by AGIBOT.

  • Multi-line LiDAR with automatic map updates.
  • Diagnoses over 90% of faults by itself.
  • The brush, squeegee and tank clean themselves, which cuts daily cleaning work by more than 60%.

Compact commercial cleaners

AGIBOT C2 and C2P

These low-profile units suit offices, hotels, showrooms and retail. They sweep, vacuum and mop. They detect carpet and change mode on their own, and take the lift between floors.

Efficiency
300 to 700 m²/h
Cleaning width
390 mm
Edge distance
50 mm or less
Weight
17.5 kg (C2), 22.5 kg (C2P)

Specifications as published by AGIBOT.

  • The dock empties the dustbin, refills and drains water, and dries the mop, so the unit can run unattended.
  • The C2P mops quietly, below 60 dB, for overnight work in hotels.
  • A mobile water cart is available where the plumbing cannot be changed.

What we add

UNIT 04

We add integration work specific to this solution

This work is in addition to the six-phase engagement and the support contract described on the main robotics page.

  • Lift, door and access-control integration for routes across several floors and zones.
  • Dock locations and water connections, or a mobile water cart where the plumbing cannot be changed.
  • Zone and schedule planning around trading hours, shifts and restocking.
  • Cleaning records sent to your facilities or audit system, as proof that the work was done.

Reference deployments

UNIT 05

AGIBOT has already deployed this solution in live operations

These are AGIBOT's customers, described from AGIBOT's published material. They are not Orion Five projects. We include them as evidence that the robots run at scale in live operations.

BYD Group

About 70 units in use since April 2025. Each unit replaces more than one cleaning role, and reported annual savings are close to RMB 10 million.

LY Manufacturing

More than 100 units in use since October 2024, with a payback period of about eight months per unit.

Lens Technology

62 units in use since May 2025. The company bought them across the group after measurable gains in cleaning quality.
